“Sparkling Soiree and Silent Auction”

A Social Fundraising Event in Support of Garibaldi Annex School

Saturday, December 1^st, 2012, 7pm

@ Hastings Community Centre across from the PNE

Tickets $20.00 per person (welcome drink & light food included in ticket price)

Stay tuned for upcoming details on how you can

• purchase your ticket to this adult only event (cash bar, light food & dance floor available)
• provide a donation of time or talent for the silent auction
• solicit local businesses for donations of gift certificates or items 
• assist with ticket sales or event set up

December 3rd Silent Auction Fundraiser Information

Just a quick note to let you know that tickets for the Garibaldi Fundraiser “Soiree and Silent Auction” on Dec 3rd will go on sale beginning tomorrow morning.

Tickets are $20 each and we accept cash or cheque made out to Garibaldi Annex PAC.

Tickets will be available for sale before and after school this week and next.

If you are interested in purchasing tickets and are unable to be at the school to buy them, please email me directly @ gunasekera@shaw.ca and we can figure something out!

Thank you to those families who have donated items to the silent auction portion of the evening. It is not too late to donate so if you or someone you know is interested in donating please return the completed Auction Item Donation form or contact me with information.
